School Social Work: The fifth edition of this text contains articles by some 35 experts in the fields of school social work research and practice, with topics ranging from historical methods to assessment and planning. A new section on the related themese of assessment, consultation, teamwork, and planning, including pre-referral intervention, functional behavior assessments, behavioral intervention plans, and IFSPs. There is also a strengthened focus on multicultural assessment, and updated emphasis on the school social worker's program, policy, and practice role in making schools safe.
